Job Title: Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team at Tapestry. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our brands within a Department Store, driving sales and service, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and analyze store targets to ensure they are met and exceeded, and provide feedback to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador.
  • Deliver brand training and provide the host store with the necessary information to drive sales.
  • Monitor in-store activity and identify new opportunities for brand development.
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with Department Store Management teams to drive brand awareness and customer retention.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years retail experience with a strong understanding of the retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and a passion for brand development.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
