Class Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Class Teacher to join our team at Chesham House School, a specialist provision for young people with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons, ensuring the department and school achieve their aims. You will work closely with the Headteacher and other colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Manage classes effectively, using approaches that motivate and engage students.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and procedures.
- Qualified Teacher Status and a degree-level qualification.
- Experience of teaching in a specialist or mainstream setting.
- Ability to work with students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
