About the Role:
The Cambian Group is seeking a dedicated and passionate Class Teacher to join our team at Chesham House School. As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons to students aged 10-18 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of students with SEMH difficulties.
- Manage classes effectively, using approaches that motivate and engage students.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status and a degree-level qualification.
- Experience of teaching students with SEMH difficulties.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
- Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
