Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, the Profit Protection Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring that our onboard teams adhere to established company policies and procedures. This position is essential for minimizing losses and enhancing product availability on shelves. The Profit Protection function is strategically designed to contribute value while mitigating loss.
Compensation Package: Competitive salary, vehicle allowance, performance bonus, pension plan, life insurance coverage, healthcare benefits, and 25 days of annual leave (including a holiday shutdown).
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and validate Stock Loss Improvement Plans tailored to effectively achieve stock loss reduction targets.
- Conduct regular stock loss assessments in collaboration with key stakeholders, including Onboard Teams, Buyers, Area Managers, and Account Directors.
- Collaborate with the Inventory Reconciliation team to analyze pertinent stock loss data.
- Deliver targeted feedback and guidance to retail management teams following compliance audits conducted onboard.
- Communicate compliance audit results to the Retail Operations team.
- Develop comprehensive improvement plans for retail management to enhance onboard stock standards.
- Assist in the launch of new onboard retail locations by establishing key operational standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the engagement of third-party stock counting services as part of annual counting objectives.
Candidate Profile:
- Detail-oriented with a strong process-driven approach.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel nationally and stay away from home as required.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
