About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to lead our stockroom operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to achieve commercial, operational, and safety standards while meeting performance targets.
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach to operational activities, working alongside the team and supporting sales floors and store management as needed.
  • Create a positive and motivating team culture, inspiring team members to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure smooth running of stockroom processes, identifying and solving problems to drive high standards of stockroom and stock processing.
  • Ensure beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible.

About You:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual who is committed to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. You will be a team player who can work effectively in a results-driven, fast-paced, and challenging environment. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work with people at all levels, and stay calm and approachable under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading and managing teams in a similar environment.
  • Ability to problem-solve, make sound business decisions, and challenge processes to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.
  • Experience in working to productivity-related performance targets is desirable.
