About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Employability team as an Employability Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support and deliver projects to enhance student career development and employability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating team finance, governance, and communication activities, ensuring processes and systems are of high quality and followed effectively.

Key responsibilities include supporting specific employability tasks, such as job and event approvals, student right-to-work checks, and coordination of the Micro-internship scheme.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and team-oriented individual who is conscientious, hard-working, and committed to delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, project delivery experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Demonstrable recent and relevant experience of supporting successful projects.
  • Experience of working on collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of using MS office applications and web-content management.
