Senior Legal Counsel Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our client's in-house legal team in Craigavon. As the primary point of contact for day-to-day legal advice, you will provide efficient and commercially focused legal guidance to the business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements with customers and suppliers
  • Providing legal guidance to business teams on regulatory and contractual matters
  • Advising on compliance with marketing, advertising, and brand licence terms
  • Managing external legal counsel and contributing to the management of a legal budget
  • Developing and delivering internal legal training
Requirements:
  • UK Qualified Solicitor or Barrister
  • Circa 8 years post-qualification experience
  • High calibre experience in a fast-paced in-house legal team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage external professional advisers
  • Flexibility to respond to emerging challenges and risks
