Senior Legal Counsel Opportunity

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is delighted to represent a nationwide manufacturing company in their search for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their evolving legal team in Craigavon.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced corporate lawyer to provide efficient, commercially focused legal advice for the business and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
  • Providing legal guidance to business teams on legal, regulatory, and contractual aspects of their responsibilities.
  • Advising on compliance in relation to marketing, advertising, and brand licence terms.
  • Managing and interfacing with outside legal counsel, including contributing to the management of a legal budget.
  • Working with internal business partners on proactive legal training.
Requirements:
  • Ni or E&W qualified Solicitor with ideally 8 years post-qualified experience.
  • High calibre experience in a fast-paced, in-house legal team.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial & procurement contracts, with exposure to intellectual property, GDPR, antitrust, anti-bribery, and other regulatory issues.
  • Experience in developing and delivering internal training.
