Job Title: Director of Education and Quality

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Education and Quality to join our team at Rotunda LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and experiences for our learners, while maintaining compliance with statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the educational team to design and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our learners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our quality assurance processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with awarding organizations and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the educational team to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with current developments in quality assurance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Teaching qualification (Cert ed, PGCE, Pttls, Dttls, Cttls)
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent Level 2 qualification)
  • Management Qualification
  • Postgraduate Study
  • Experience and knowledge of quality requirements by key awarding bodies.
  • 3 years teaching/assessors experience in a relevant curriculum area.
  • Knowledge of current development in quality assurance in the adult education sector.
  • Experience of the operation of education regulatory and inspection frameworks including Ofsted.
  • Experience of leading and managing change in a management position.
  • Experience of people management policies and procedures.
  • Thorough understanding of the EIF and inspection process.
  • Evidence of developing and embedding quality systems, methods of assessment and monitoring.
  • The use of PICs as a management information tool.
