Job Title: Creative Teaching Assistant

Protocol Education is seeking a creative and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our team. As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students with special needs, providing a tailored approach to learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with special needs in a creative and engaging way
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Assist with lessons in music, art, and sensory play
  • Provide one-to-one support to students as needed
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and apply skills in a supportive manner
  • Experience working with students with special needs is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
