Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of catering staff to deliver high-quality food and beverage services to patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Develop and implement catering strategies to meet the needs of our patients and staff, including menu planning, food safety, and quality control.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective catering operations.
  • Collaborate with dietitians and other healthcare professionals to plan and deliver patient-centered meals.
