We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our UK sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and effective resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as part of the senior leadership team and drive revenue growth through strategy, forecasting, and effective resource allocation.
- Allocate revenue targets across the sales management team and take responsibility for the commercial direction and performance of the UK team.
- Contribute directly to business growth through identifying, qualifying, and closing significant deals.
- Mentor and lead a sales team of 2 x Sales Managers and indirect reports.
- Implement new sales strategies, processes, and best practices, analyzing their success using key performance metrics to encourage new logo acquisition.
About You:
- Proven success in scaling revenue to over £20m in a SaaS/Tech environment.
- Successful track record of implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Experience leading management teams in fast-paced environments.
- Tech-savvy with a background in SaaS/Tech.
- Intelligent, strategic, and an agent of change.
The Package:
- Up to £80,000 | £110,000 OTE.

- Hybrid - 3x days in our office (Sheffield).
