**Job Summary**

Timely Recruit Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients understand and document their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **ESG Consulting**: Collaborate with senior management to document ESG practices and map the journey to Net Zero, culminating in an annual ESG Impact Report.
  • **Revenue Generation**: Conduct ESG maturity assessments, due diligence for private equity clients, and generate consulting revenues.
  • **Net Zero Strategy**: Review Net Zero baseline calculations, create carbon reduction plans, and develop TCFD-aligned climate risk strategies.
  • **ESG Benchmarking**: Score and benchmark clients on ESG metrics, providing actionable plans for long-term value creation.
  • **Team Management**: Lead and manage a small team of 3-4 ESG Consultants.

**Requirements:**

  • **Consultancy Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Environmental, Social, or Governance aspects of Sustainability within a business consulting environment.
  • **Passion for ESG**: Demonstrated passion for Net Zero, ESG, or Sustainability initiatives.
  • **Consulting Proficiency**: Experience working in a consultancy business is highly advantageous.
  • **Strong Writing Skills**: Enjoy writing detailed reports and documentation, as this is a significant part of the role.
  • **Decarbonisation Expertise**: Strong knowledge of decarbonisation and Net Zero strategy/advisory, including carbon management.
  • **Investor Reporting**: Experience with investor reporting, including TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures).
