About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Governance PA to provide comprehensive administrative support to our governance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our governance processes and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the governance team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of board and committee papers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to governance activities.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for governance meetings and events.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the governance team in the implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of governance processes and best practices is desirable.
