We are seeking a Bid Manager to join our dynamic and supportive Bid Management team in a full-time capacity.
This position will oversee the bid process for various proposals, primarily within our Professional Services and Utilities and Inland Waterways sectors, while also having the chance to engage with bids across our organization. You will be tasked with managing the complete bid lifecycle, including bid writing, for a diverse clientele including local authorities, housing, and environmental sectors, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate bids, including:
Overseeing the bid process Developing and directing the bid strategy, engaging key internal stakeholders for content, and ensuring compliance with bid governance standards Crafting persuasive responses to technical and quality-related bid inquiries that distinguish Ground Control from competitors Managing the bid timeline to ensure all activities are completed punctually for submission Administering bid portals, ensuring effective communication and timely responses to clarifications Maintaining bidding tools such as the pipeline database and contributing to bid reports as necessary.What We Provide:
