Role Overview:
Are you a compassionate and proficient Support Assistant looking for a rewarding opportunity to positively influence the lives of students in a respected Primary School? We are currently offering a full-time 1:1 SEN Support Assistant role in Everton (L3), where you will be providing dedicated support to a wonderful Year 2 student. The institution is well-regarded, receiving accolades from staff, parents, and students, particularly for the outstanding leadership of the SENCO and Headteacher.
Key Responsibilities:
Individualized Support: Deliver tailored assistance to students with special educational needs, concentrating on their specific learning and developmental goals.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with educators, guardians, and other specialists to execute customized learning plans and strategies.
Resource Development: Assist in the creation of educational materials and resources that cater specifically to the needs of SEN students.
Classroom Support: Aid the teacher in maintaining a well-organized and inclusive classroom environment, promoting a positive learning atmosphere for all students.
Behavioral Guidance: Apply effective behavior management techniques and interventions to encourage positive behavior and social interactions.

All quoted pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for a permanent role in the future.
