About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Bellway. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the site and sales complex are maintained to a high standard.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to potential purchasers.
  • Guide visitors and potential purchasers around show homes and site.
  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
  • Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisers.
  • Arrange for customers to attend home demonstrations and handovers.
  • Assist with customer care issues and defects post-completion.
  • Attend and minute weekly Sales/Site Meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience in a face-to-face sales environment.
  • Desirable: experience as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder.
  • GCSE Maths and English – Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
  • Effective negotiation and sales skills.
  • Good administration skills.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IT literate and adaptable to new systems.
