We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Airport Operations Supervisor to join our team at Stansted Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Assisted Passenger services, ensuring that all service level agreements are met and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational performance, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with airlines and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, protocols, and procedures established by relevant authorities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and leave requests, ensuring adequate coverage for all operational shifts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, incidents, and customer interactions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the aviation or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of airport operations, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
