About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assurance and Performance Analyst to join our team at Manchester Airport PLC. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of second-line assurance and performance reporting across our airport operations.

As a central group position, there is an expectation and requirement for travel across our three airport sites. You will work closely with our Group Compliance and Assurance Lead to develop and deliver second-line assurance governance and reporting compliance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assuring against the current risk portfolio of MAG and the current and expected continuation of demand for second-line assurance
  • Providing continued proactive assurance performance reporting as the function PMO
  • Ensuring good communication channels between MAG's Group Health & Fire Safety and Operational Resilience teams

You will have a strong skillset in developing and facilitating compliance and assurance programme delivery, with the ability to challenge and hold senior leaders to account for their programme delivery responsibilities.

Previous PMO or change delivery experience, as well as an industry-recognised Health, Fire Safety Qualification such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent, would be beneficial.
