About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Consultant to join our team at the William Blake Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing our consultant relationships and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our data across various databases.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior business development professionals to manage information requests from consultants, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Work closely with internal teams to respond to requests for information (RFIs) and short requests for proposals (RFPs) from consultants, qualifying requests as necessary and providing proposals directly to consultants.
  • Partner with the global business development team to populate, update, and maintain quantitative and qualitative information across various consultant and third-party databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain documents outlining content guidelines for each database, tracking requirements and editorial decisions for content and data across all consultant databases.
  • Collaborate with content managers, investment writers, and product specialists to ensure consistent information is communicated across databases.

Requirements

  • Experience in the institutional investment management industry or experience with a consulting firm.
  • Experience with quantitative data and knowledge of investments and portfolio management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional presence.
