Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on employment law, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and checking of case management paperwork, including attendance, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
- Communicate HR information to managers, trade union representatives, and peers on various HR policies and processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar HR role with up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
- Ability to deliver effective business support activities within a busy HR team.
- Excellent communication and data inputting skills, with experience of using Microsoft Office suite.
