We are seeking a skilled Hotel Contracting Specialist to join our team at Antella Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our contracting team, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing hotel contracts on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hotel Contract Negotiation: Negotiate seasonal FIT & Group rates, as well as Special Deals with hotel suppliers, to secure the best possible rates for our clients.
  • Hotel Portfolio Management: Identify and contract 'must-have' hotels within a destination, and negotiate added-value deals and special offers.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of contracted rates and availability.
  • Supplier Relations: Manage and maintain strong relationships with hotel suppliers to ensure optimal rates and conditions.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve room night/revenue based targets through ongoing monitoring and optimization of contracted rates and availability.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in hotel contracting for Scotland/UK.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure the best possible deals with hotel suppliers.
  • Driving License: Hold a UK driving license, as travel to meet with hotel suppliers will be required.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in evaluating and analyzing data to determine and execute strategies for growth.
