Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Commis Waiter/Waitress to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting food and beverage service, preparing and serving for Chefs Table events, and maintaining effective communication between front and back of house.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests with a high level of care and attention.
  • Assist in the preparation and service of Chefs Table events.
  • Act as a liaison between front and back of house through effective communication.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service.
  • Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance as required.
Requirements:
  • Positive energy and optimistic character.
  • Highly organized and resourceful.
  • Basic cooking and culinary skills to assist the team during service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Prior experience in a fine-dining environment is preferred.
  • Appropriate work visa (if required).
