Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the internal administration team, ensuring high levels of performance, motivation, and professional development.
- Oversee and refine the administration processes across the group, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company goals.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to measure the performance of the administration team and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive interdepartmental communication and collaboration, ensuring that departments work together seamlessly.
- Coordinate and lead regular interdepartmental meetings and reviews to discuss ongoing projects, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow key house accounts, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and customer satisfaction.
- Actively manage and expand key business lines, identifying new opportunities and ensuring that they or exceed growth targets, in line with the plan.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor the effectiveness of initiatives and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements across the administration function to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the administration team and other departments, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior sales administration/management role, preferably within a large, fast-growing SME.
- High proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing key accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development, motivation, and achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a broader leadership team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
