Job Title: Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Company Overview: SF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join a long-established, family-run business providing high-quality home furnishings.

Purpose of the Role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Ecommerce strategy to drive sales growth and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Lead and grow the Marketing and Ecommerce team, fostering a motivated and collaborative environment.
  • Manage and optimize the Marketing function, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Ecommerce sales growth through data-driven decision making and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the website is on-brand, user-friendly, and competitive, with a focus on customer experience.
  • Align digital marketing efforts with company objectives, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Develop and implement Social Media strategy to engage with customers and drive website traffic.
  • Manage and optimize Paid Advertising campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to ensure product updates and accurate product information.
  • Develop and implement Email Marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Manage and optimize the website's User Experience (UX) to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Ecommerce sales growth and marketing strategy development.
  • Experience in managing and growing a Marketing and Ecommerce team.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Relevant technical competency or qualification in marketing or a related field.
