Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position involves engaging with healthcare professionals, particularly within NHS and private hospital settings, to promote our high-quality patient handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clinical contacts, including procurement teams, theatre staff, and nursing professionals.
  • Identify and target decision-makers across various hospital departments to drive new business opportunities.
  • Utilize a solution-based sales approach, focusing on improving patient safety and outcomes rather than competing on price.
  • Manage a flexible schedule, with a strong emphasis on field-based activities and extensive travel within the designated territory.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospital sales, or a relevant clinical background with a commercial perspective.
  • Alternatively, candidates with a B2B sales background looking to transition into the medical field are encouraged to apply.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
  • Demonstrated sales performance in previous roles will enhance your application.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: £35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped Commission: Up to £15,000, paid monthly.
  • Car Allowance: £625 per month.
  • Additional Benefits: Pension plan, mobile phone, laptop, and 25 days of holiday plus statutory holidays.
