This position is structured as a contract role, with the potential for a permanent offer based on performance metrics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, construct, and evaluate hydro mechanical control systems in line with customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with customer expectations and project requirements.
  • Achieve turnaround and output goals by adopting a collaborative approach within the team.
  • Implement quality assurance practices and take ownership of both individual and team performance standards.
  • Engage actively in continuous improvement initiatives.

The starting rate for this role is competitive, with additional shift allowances for those assigned to double days or night shifts. Overtime is compensated at enhanced rates, with weekly payment schedules.
