About the Role:
CBC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled Payouts Administrator to join their team. As a Payouts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's payout processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process incoming documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Update the company's CRM system to reflect changes and updates.
- Calculate commissions and other income/rates for clients.
- Conduct verbal delivery checks to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with introducers to resolve queries and issues related to documentation.
- Process deals to funders and chase payment to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage queries from the second checking process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
