This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a team lead role, supervising and supporting other CAD Engineers in the design and development of play equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SolidWorks and experience in a similar role, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of CAD Engineers in the design and development of play equipment
- Supervise and support the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
