Electrical Maintenance Engineer Job Description

Questech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing routine electrical maintenance and emergency repairs, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and maintaining, testing, and inspecting electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine electrical maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Maintain, test, and inspect electrical systems and equipment
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Requirements:
  • HNC, HND, NVQ Level 3, BTEC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven track record in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Solid understanding of PLCs, inverters, and control systems
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations
  • Experience with continuous improvement and preventative maintenance programs

  • An attractive 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, encompassing both day and night shifts
