Job Summary

Croda International Plc is seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our Rawcliffe Bridge site. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation issues, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues using advanced diagnostic techniques and tools
  • Implement corrective actions to resolve issues and minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production operations
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our production processes and systems to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • City and Guilds Certificate in Electrical and Instrumentation or equivalent
  • 18th edition and Compex qualifications
  • Recognized E&I apprenticeship and experience working within the chemical industry
  • Experience with electronic maintenance management systems and permit to work systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and judgment when solving problems
