**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee stock levels and monitor supply and demand trends to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Analyze data and forecasts to optimize inventory levels and improve productivity.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Compile daily reports and address inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain records of pricing, purchases, and other relevant information.
  • Perform random checks and audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Plan production schedules based on order delivery deadlines.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in production planning and stock control.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Own transport is essential due to the location.
  • Full training will be given regarding the production process.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with Mintsoft order picking/processing software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and follow procedures to the letter.
  • Good eye for detail and ability to implement or improve processes and procedures.

**Working Hours:**

08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday.

**Starting Salary:** £28,000 per annum, depending on experience and ability.
