Job Title: Retail Stocktaking Team Leader

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of stock counters, ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of stock counts on client sites. This role requires flexibility, with varying shift lengths and the need to travel to different client sites each day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of up to 60 stock counters, ensuring they follow correct procedures and processes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites.
  • Ensure stock counts are completed accurately and within the given time frame.
  • Monitor and improve team productivity where possible.
Requirements:
  • A full driving license.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • The ability to remain focused under pressure.
  • Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
Working Conditions:

This role involves working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. You will be required to stand for prolonged periods and use step stools and ladders. Some sites may be in warehouses or large retail premises, where you may need to access and work with ground and high-level stock.
