As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to lead fulfilling and enriched lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent and respectful personal care, medication administration, and manual handling to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users, enabling them to enjoy their time at the service to the fullest.
  • Encourage residents to engage in a range of exciting social activities, both within and outside the home.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care is essential for this role.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to provide respectful personal care to meet the service user's needs.
  • A passion for providing person-centred care and support within a fun and friendly environment.
