About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Station View in Barrow-in-Furness. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to lead fulfilling and enriched lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent and respectful personal care, medication administration, and manual handling to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users, promoting their independence and confidence.
  • Encourage residents to engage in a range of exciting social activities, both within and outside the home.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care is essential for this role.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to provide respectful personal care to meet the service user's needs.
