About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Brain Injury Team at Stonehouse Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing care needs and developing programmes of care, as well as implementing and evaluating these programmes to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess care needs and develop programmes of care for patients
  • Implement and evaluate programmes of care to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other staff members as needed
  • Provide cover for senior charge nurses or team leaders in their absence
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
  • Excellent team working skills and ability to work independently
  • Effective listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Working knowledge of basic information technology
