Exciting Opportunity for Registered Building Inspectors
Confido Consult Ltd is seeking skilled Registered Building Inspectors to join our dynamic Building Control team on a contractual basis. This position arises from an increased demand for our services, rather than staffing shortages.
Role Overview:
As a Building Control Consultant (Minimum L2A RBI), you will be responsible for conducting site assessments for both residential and commercial projects. Your work schedule is highly flexible, allowing you to manage your commitments effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate of £50 - £60, depending on experience, or a per-inspection fee.
Contract Details:
- Initial contract duration of 3-6 months.
- Flexible working days: 1-3 days per week or ad-hoc inspections.
