Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Send PO confirmation, communicate with customers, and propose alternative items.
  • International Shipments: Organize and follow up on shipments, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with customers and logistics teams.
  • Customer Support: Proactively manage international business queries from around the world, providing clear and empathetic communication to customers.
  • Warehouse Coordination: Communicate order requirements effectively with the warehouse team, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with customers and logistics teams to provide cost-effective and timely dispatch of shipments, ensuring compliance with distributor agreements.
  • ERP System Maintenance: Maintain and update the ERP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Quality Complaints: Follow up on quality complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Archive customer service documentation for audit purposes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support to Sales Team: Provide support to the sales team on various requests, ensuring seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Meticulous and Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Excellent IT Skills: Proficient in IT systems, with excellent user skills.
  • Effective Communication: Possess empathetic, patient, and clear communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Accountability: Take responsibility for tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Customer Service Experience: Possess experience in customer service, preferably in the MD industry.
  • English Proficiency: Possess excellent English language skills.
  • International Trade Knowledge: Possess knowledge of international trade and customs regulations.
