Key Responsibilities- Assess, manage, and treat elderly patients with complex needs, utilizing advanced clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating goal-setting and outcome measurement.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and research projects, enhancing the delivery of physiotherapy services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, from emergency admission to community outreach.
- 2 years of experience working as a Physiotherapist, covering core rotations and demonstrating expertise in frailty and rehabilitation.
- HCPC Registration and BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree.
- Experience working on an on-call respiratory rota and willingness to participate in 7-day working on a rota basis.
- Ability to drive, hold a clean driver's license, and have access to a car for work purposes.
