Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and direction to the electrical team, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Mentor and Train Team Members: Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in marine electrical systems.

Electrical Systems Maintenance and Repair:
  • Oversee Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and components onboard marine vessels.
  • Develop Preventive Maintenance Schedules: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
Inspection and Compliance:

Project Management:
