Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of site activities, including observations, incidents, and site inductions.
  • Prepare, review, and update Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for all on-site activities, ensuring they are implemented and revised as necessary.
  • Regularly update and review the project programme for all on-site works, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Conduct site inductions, RAMS briefings, and toolbox talks to ensure all personnel are competent for their assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing civil works contracts, with strong knowledge of industry standards and methodologies.
  • Experience in managing subcontractors and overseeing site operations.
  • Must be a qualified First Aider and hold a valid UK driving licence.
  • Required Qualifications:
    • CITB Temporary Works Coordinator
    • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
    • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

Remuneration:

Day rate: negotiable depending on experience
