Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Manager to join our team at Enfield Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with building safety regulations and managing safety case reports and building assurance certificates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical knowledge and guidance on building safety management
  • Coordinate the maintenance of safety case reports and building assurance certificates
  • Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Work with the Responsible Person and Accountable Person to ensure effective building safety management
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience working in social housing and building safety, with a strong understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Act 2021. They will be able to provide expert technical knowledge and guidance, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
