Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of operational staff to deliver excellent customer service and centre operations.
- Contribute to the business and budgetary performance of the centre, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team, working collaboratively to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Proven experience in a Duty Management or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and centre operations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly and autonomously, with a high level of decision-making confidence.
- NPLQ qualification (or willingness to obtain) and First Aid at Work certification.
- A competitive salary of up to £24,867 per annum.
