We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our Centre Management Team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of our leisure centre, ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of operational staff to deliver excellent customer service and centre operations.
  • Contribute to the business and budgetary performance of the centre, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team, working collaboratively to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Duty Management or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and centre operations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly and autonomously, with a high level of decision-making confidence.
  • NPLQ qualification (or willingness to obtain) and First Aid at Work certification.
