Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Oliver Bernard. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our digital products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Lead the design of our digital products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of user experience and visual design.
  • Collaborate with our development team to ensure seamless integration of design and development.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across our products.
  • Work closely with our product management team to understand business goals and develop design solutions that meet those goals.
  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proven experience in leading design teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of design systems and their implementation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
