We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Area Sales Managers and driving sales growth in the electrical wholesaler market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and grow their presence in the electrical wholesaler market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Coach and train sales team members on core selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Own the budget and sales targets for the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
- 2+ years of experience in managing a field sales team in the electrical sector.
- Understanding of electrical/lighting products and experience selling or working for electrical wholesalers.
- Ability to travel 4 days a week across South Wales, South West, and South East England.
- Passionate, hands-on sales-driven people manager with the ability to deliver sales coaching and support.
- Basic salary of £55-65k per annum.
- Bonus of up to £20k per annum.
- Company allowance of £6500 per annum.
- Mobile and laptop.
- 23 days holiday.
- Pension scheme.
