Job Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
  • PGCE
  • QTS
Education:

PGCE and QTS qualifications are required for this role.

Experience:

Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Restorative Practise
  • Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
  • Ability to listen and respond to individual needs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional training in child psychology or mental health support
Working Conditions:

This position is based at Bushbury Hill Primary School in West Midlands, Wolverhampton. The role is full-time on a contract basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
