Key Stage 2 Teaching Position

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Supply Teacher to join a primary school in the West Midlands region. This role involves daily supply teaching, which includes planning and marking, to ensure continuity and stability for our students.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment that supports the achievements and well-being of all children. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning experiences for Key Stage 2 pupils.
  • Plan and deliver lessons in line with school curriculum standards, ensuring that all children can achieve their full potential.
  • Mark and assess work, maintaining high expectations for all students.
  • Support children with diverse needs, including those with Special Educational Needs, English as an Additional Language, more-able learners, and those eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced leaders and mentors who provide ongoing support and professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the option to make it permanent at a later date.
