About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support our teaching team in delivering high-quality education to our students.

The successful candidate will assist teachers with classroom management and organisation, support individual students and small groups with their learning activities, and help prepare lesson materials and resources.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting teachers with classroom management and organisation
  • Supporting individual students and small groups with their learning activities
  • Helping to prepare lesson materials and resources
  • Providing support to students with special educational needs
  • Supervising students during non-classroom times
  • Assisting with the assessment and recording of student progress
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

We are looking for someone with a passion for education and working with children, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Previous experience in a teaching assistant or similar role is desirable, but not essential. A Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is also desirable but not essential.
