Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Land Agent to join our team in Perth, Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising on land rights, securing land, and assisting with compensation claims. Your expertise in digital mapping and land referencing will be invaluable in our rural property management and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client visits and meetings across the region to provide expert advice on land rights and secure land
  • Assisting with compensation claims for rural and utilities projects
  • Valuation for renewable energy projects
  • Digital mapping and land referencing to support our property management and development activities
  • Regular client and internal meetings to ensure all stakeholders are updated frequently

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role as a Land Agent/Rural Surveyor
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
  • MRICS/Registered Valuer is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, verbal, written, and in-person with client meetings
  • Digital mapping experience is desirable
  • Experience in rural activities such as farming or forestry is desirable
