Client Money Handler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Money Handler to join our team at Brown & Brown (Europe). As a Client Money Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accounting and administration support to our client accounting team
  • Reconcile and settle insurer accounts on a monthly basis
  • Verify that client payments are accurate and compliant with FCA regulations
  • Organize payment for each insurer online by BACS
  • Perform cash accounting work, including posting client payments and raising queries for unallocated cash receipts
  • Issue premium refunds to clients and reconcile IBA bank accounts
  • Monitor client receipts and prepare lists of 3rd party payments made
  • Run system month ends and ad-hoc system reports
Requirements:
